ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has telephoned Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Quaid Mian Nawaz Sharif and extended Eid greetings to him Sunday.

According to Presidential spokesman Farhatullah Babar, both the leaders exchanged views on the national political scenario.

In an eight-minute telephone call, they both agreed that enactment of the Constitution is essential for the national solidity.
